These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 789pub ("the Platform") governing access to and use of the 789pub website, gaming products, and financial services available at 789pub.org. The minimum deposit on 789pub is ₱20. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). GCash and PayMaya are the primary supported payment methods.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods specified at the time of issuance. Bonuses may be forfeited if terms are violated. One bonus per player per eligible event.
Players are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software, or attempts to exploit technical errors may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

789pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or breach PAGCOR licensing conditions. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time.
Disputes between players and 789pub are resolved first through the internal complaints procedure. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR as the governing regulatory authority. Philippine law applies to all disputes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789pub login credentials. You must notify 789pub support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization. 789pub will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an Account where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
All financial transactions on 789pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Withdrawal minimums may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banking institutions from time to time. 789pub does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 789pub is not responsible.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods or bank accounts that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Processing times are generally as follows:

For sports betting, odds are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. Settled bets are final unless there has been a manifest error by 789pub. In the event of a manifest error, 789pub reserves the right to void affected bets, with staked amounts returned to the Player's Wallet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 789pub and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 789pub content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 789pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 789pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
789pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Players may voluntarily close their 789pub Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (subject to wagering requirements and KYC completion) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
789pub processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the 789pub Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

In the event of any dispute relating to your use of 789pub — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, account decisions, or financial transactions — the following process applies:
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or otherwise, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14. Nothing in this Section shall limit 789pub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
789pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 789pub will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, PAGCOR directive, or security necessity.
Your continued use of the 789pub Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
